How to use OOPbuy from spreadsheet product to delivered parcel

This tutorial rewrites OOPBUY's public tutorial and beginner notices into a clean first-order workflow for OOPbuyFind users. The goal is simple: understand the agent process before you pay for a product or create an international parcel.

  1. Create or sign in to your OOPbuy account and review any new-user coupon or account settings.
  2. Search OOPbuyFind by product name, category, alias, marketplace link or item ID.
  3. Open the product page, then check source platform, image, price, title and seller options.
  4. Submit the source link to OOPbuy with size, color, quantity and any product-specific remarks.
  5. Pay the item cost and China domestic shipping so OOPbuy can purchase from the seller.
  6. After purchase, wait for seller delivery, warehouse sign-in, inspection and QC photo processing.
  7. Review QC photos and item details before international shipping. Fix visible issues while the item is still stored.
  8. Create a parcel, check name, address and phone number, then choose packaging and insurance if needed.
  9. Pay estimated freight, then handle any final freight difference after the parcel is packed and measured.
  10. Track the parcel from your shipment or waybill page and prepare for receiving checks at delivery.

Before you submit an order

Record the exact product option you want. If a seller page uses Chinese option names, match image, size chart and color option carefully before paying.

Before you ship a parcel

Check warehouse photos first. International shipping is harder to reverse than a warehouse correction, so fix visible product issues before parcel submission.

Product search tips

  • Try short and full names, such as AJ1 and Air Jordan 1.
  • Use category tabs when a brand query returns too many unrelated items.
  • Use Popular sorting to see products with stronger user interest first.
  • Use exact marketplace IDs when you already know the product source.

QC checklist

  • Confirm item count, color, size, version and visible logo placement.
  • Look for stains, glue marks, loose stitching, damage or wrong packaging.
  • Request extra checks before shipping if the default photos do not answer your concern.

Parcel checklist

  • Compare actual weight and volumetric weight before choosing a line.
  • Split restricted items if one product category blocks your preferred route.
  • Use value-added packaging or insurance when item value and route risk justify it.

Payment checklist

Keep payment details consistent and check current OOPBUY notices for top-up, PayPal, international card and Klarna availability before checkout.
