According to official EU policy, customs duties are calculated by product category, with a flat €3 duty per unique category. Multiple categories per parcel usually accumulate charges.
Official Policy Examples:
Same category: 5 identical T-shirts ➔ Only €3 total.
Different categories: 2 identical T-shirts + 1 pair of shoes + 1 phone case = 3 categories ➔ €9 total.
Oopbuy’s Reassurance: To simplify this, Oopbuy has applied a flat €3 base fee per parcel starting June 22nd, 2026.
One parcel = €3 total fee
Mixed items still = €3
Large hauls = no additional category charges, only €3
